This month I want to introduce you to our new Featured Designer, Kjell Stoddard Crowe, and update you on this month’s theme, Strong September.
September Featured Designer: Kjell Stoddard Crowe
Kjell (pronounced like the word shell) is from Spanish Fork, Utah in the USA and is a long time member of the Bootcamp Ideas community. In fact, if you’ve been following the Bootcamp Ideas blog for a while you’ve probably used one of her workouts.

This month’s theme from the BootCraft archives is around strength.
In Personal Training when we want to work on client’s strength, we can simply add some more weight to the bar. In group fitness the amount of weight we have available is limited to what we can carry in our cars though. Plus, buying weights for an entire class can be extremely expensive.
So when it comes to strength training we need to get a little crafty. Here are 5 of my favourite strength drills:
New feature coming: Better Search
This month I’ll be implementing a new feature I’ve been wanting to add for a while. It involves a better search function to handle our growing database (quickly approaching 400 drills). You’ll also be able to modify your search results on the fly so you don’t have to go back to the home page for every new search.
Keep an eye out for that this month. I’ll let you know via Intercom when it’s live for you to use.
