This book is part guide and part collection. It takes you through the different types of circuits you can run beyond the traditional 8-12 stations in a circle as well as a bunch of interesting ways to time your circuits.
Along with that are examples to show you how each type of circuit works with links back to the original drill here on BootCraft.
Plus, with the help of Lizelle Din we’ve added an Advanced Circuits section to the end of the book showing you how you can really take circuits beyond the basics and make some really cool workouts with them.

July’s Featured Designer: Deon Bird
This month on BootCraft I’ve asked Deon Bird from RedCliffe, Queensland, Australia to share some of his workouts with us.
I’ve always admired Deon’s passion for helping those in his community who are struggling financially and health-wise. I feel that his workouts reflect that same passion and attention to all abilities.
Here’s a little bit about Deon from the man himself:
Staying fit & healthy can be expensive so I have designed FIT Club to provide affordable training for all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. I run small (personal) Beach Bootcamps & Group Fitness sessions.
I’ve basically been around health and fitness all my life, having been a pro rugby league player for 11yrs (mainly in England). It was a natural progression for me to become a personal trainer and love seeing my clients get stronger and healthier. I also love being a healthy role model for my 4 kids.
