This month on BootCraft it’s a super month! That means we have two Featured Designers sharing a total of 16 workouts.
Last month was a long month with 5 weekends, to fill in the extra weekend I added a couple bonus workouts that Roxanne sent in. Roxanne’s workouts were really popular do I know you’ll like these too (check out Feeling Ballsy and How Far Can You Go?).
Now let’s talk about September and who our featured designers are:
Featured Designer: Lizelle Din
You may recognise Liz’s name from Bootcamp Ideas were she is one of the regular contributors (she share’s awesome drills like this).
Liz is bringing some different workouts to what we’ve had lately. She’s got some awesome strength and indoor friendly workouts. You’ll see more equipment being used in her sessions too.
Here’s a little bio from Liz:
“I do personal training and fitness classes that bring out the athlete in each of us. Having a client tell me that I’ve changed the way they look at fitness always reminds me of the importance in the work I get to do everyday. I’m also proud to say that I can do a pull up.”

Featured Designer: Stephanie Jannati
I first met Stephanie when she helped me with running a workshop for trainers in the UK. She runs a unique bootcamp which uses a lot of crawls, tyres and hills. The kind of workouts people think of when they hear the word bootcamp.
It’s worked, she has an infectious community of clients who have seen great results. Her bootcamp has flourished despite being near busy, competitive London.
This month she’s sharing with us four main drills which involve lots of team/partner work. You’re going to love them.
