May I introduce you to this month’s updates?
This month I’m very excited to announce we have a new Featured Designer. Meredith Mundell’s workout It Takes Two! won the Best Partner Workout and a Special Commendation at our recent Bootcamp Ideas Competition.
So I messaged Meredith and asked her if she had more of where that came from. She does! And she’s sharing them with us over the month of May. Here’s the details and more about Meredith:
May Featured Designer: Meredith Mundell
Meredith is based in Columbus, Ohio (that’s in the USA). There she run’s bootcamp classes at a large athletic facility called Premier at Sawmill Athletic Club.
She’s passionate about building a bootcamp community within the larger community. Her aim is to push clients to achieve what they think they cannot achieve when they walk in each day. ‘When class ends, I hope we have come through the experience feeling stronger together.’
Meredith is also a mother of two and her latest project is launching kid fitness programming. B.O.S.S. (Becoming Our Strong Selves) brings the fun of Boot Camp to kids.
