Welcome to the August BootCraft update.
You may notice that you’re looking at a brand new dashboard when you log in. Watch this video for a tour:
While you may not have heard of Dale now, you will be hearing more about him (and from him) in the near future because Dale is my co-host for the new Trainers Tribe podcast.
Dale runs bootcamps and PT sessions in Melbourne and surrounding areas. He also offers online workouts and manuals and a members section with over 350 workouts and game ideas.
In addition to training people, he is also a fully qualified PE Teacher where he teaches full time as well as running a couple online businesses and his fitness company. He’s done us a big favour by taking the drills and games from his life as a teacher and introducing them to adult group fitness.

The Downloads page has just been added will contain a library of downloadable PDF resources for those of you who prefer reading offline. At the moment there is two ebooks in there, Planning Sessions for Mixed Fitness Levels and EMOM What?
In the next few months I’m planning to add a Courses page with some short courses on planning and modifying your own workouts and drills.
And another new page which I’m keeping secret for now but that you will see appear on September 1st. All I can say is that it will make planning your sessions a whole lot easier.
